How to Sign-up for Meet?
Meet Sign-Up Instructions (athlete):
ONCE Coach Beabout OPENS a meet for sign-up:
How to Register an Athlete to Swim/Dive in a Meet:
- Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
- Click on the Scheduled Meet that has been OPENED for sign-up
- Click the Green MEET ENTRY Button
- Click the Red EDIT Tab under your swimmer's name
- For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
- (undeclared)
- Not available for this meet
- Available for this meet
- Click SAVE to record your declaration
Meets:
The sign-up feature allows you to declare a swimmer's availability for each meet. Indicating that your swimmer is available for a meet does NOT guarantee they will swim in an event of their choosing, it only makes certain that they are available for that meet. Coach Beabout is solely responsible for determining the meet lineups and will do so to give DHS the best competitive advantage in the meet.

How to Volunteer to work the Swim/Dive Meet:
- Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
- Click on the Scheduled Meet that has been OPENED for sign-up
- Click the Green JOB SIGN-UP Button
- Click the Job willing to work
(NOTE: Swimming & Diving Officials MUST have certifications to work the meet. These Jobs include: Diving Referee, Swimming Referee, Swimming Starter and Swimming Stroke & Turn Judges... a Dive Judge does not need to be certified but experience with dive judging has its advantages)
